Lisa Catcher is a botanist and arborist with LGL Limited and has over 8 years of experience as an environmental consultant. Lisa is qualified and has extensive experience conducting the Ecological Land Classification for Southern Ontario, the Ontario Wetland Evaluation System with the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry (MNRF), is a MNRF Certified Butternut Health Assessor, and is a Certified Arborist with the International Society of Arboriculture.

Prior to joining LGL, Lisa worked for the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry, conducting wetland evaluations through applying the Ontario Wetland Evaluation System of Southern Ontario. At LGL, Lisa has been involved in numerous projects including species at risk surveys, environmental assessments, environmental impact studies, natural heritage evaluations, secondary plan studies, and tree inventories and preservation plans. Her contributions include botanical field investigations and assessments, tree surveys and preservation plans, butternut health assessments, environmental documentation preparation and secondary source review of reports, data management, and report preparation. She has experience working within provincial policy frameworks including the Provincial Policy State, Greenbelt Plan, Oak Ridges Moraine Conservation Plan, as well as municipal policy.
