Jason Hallett is an early-career biologist and environmental scientist with experience delivering ecological field investigations and environmental monitoring programs across Ontario. He specialises in multi-taxa field surveys, ecological data collection, and technical reporting to support Natural Heritage Assessments (NHA), Environmental Impact Studies (EIS), and regulatory decision making across terrestrial and freshwater systems.

His background includes roles in ecological consultancy and applied monitoring with LGL Limited, Corteva Agriscience, Environment and Climate Change Canada, and the City of Mississauga. Jason has supported breeding bird, amphibian, bat, and fisheries surveys using established scientific and regulatory protocols, and has contributed to arborist assessments including tree inventories, condition assessments, and impact evaluations. With strong capability in long-term water quality and hydrometric monitoring, QA/QC-focused data management, and clear presentation of results, he produces defensible outputs and works effectively within field and office teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes.
